Make a Shift!

Alright guys…I’m trying to think of another time I’ve been this excited about Young Living…maybe the day I got my first box of oils in the mail and started slowly peeling through that box? That was an exciting day! But truly, I lay in bed at night thinking about the current climate at YL – that’s how excited I am 😂. For SO many reasons!

When I first started on my natural living journey, I started with the 12 oil kit. Now, I still love that kit, love those oils, think it’s an incredible value, and use those oils daily. But – I do get that it’s an investment. Not only a $$ investment, but an investment to learn how to use 12 oils. Was that investment worth it to me? Absolutely. Without a doubt. But, like I said – I get it and I understand why people hesitate.

Howeverrrr times have changed people and it is now easier than ever to get started!! When I started out on my quest to ditch candles and cleaners (you can read about that here) I without a shadow of a doubt would have ordered one of these kits. Would I have ordered the Essential Solutions Kit, or the Happy Healthy Home Kit? That I have no clue. If you know me well, you know I probably would not have been able to decide!

Alright, enough chit chat. Let’s get down to business! I’ll try to keep this short…but also, if you’re here and you’ve read this far, then I think you’ll like what I have to share even if it’s a bit long – there’s just so much good stuff to cover!

First up: Essential Solutions Kit. 2 single oils, 2 blends, 2 roll ons, and a diffuser. All 6 oils are crowd favorites!

Lavender – hands down one of, if not the, most used oils I have. I order Lavender and Lemon oils (pssst you get lemon as a free gift from me if you order through my link!) most frequently. We use lavender in our diffusers at night, use it for all things skin, and in diffuser blends. Seriously you can do so much with it.

Peppermint – absolutely another one of my most used oils. It’s cooling and soothing so it’s great to help relieve tension and headaches (heads up – do not get it near your eyes!). Amazing in diffuser blends – pairs well with citrus oils to get rid of odors (I pretty much always use peppermint and citrus oils in the kitchen after dinner). Is part of the seasonal allergy trio (lemon, lavender, & peppermint), and it can even help ward away a bugs in your house!

Thieves – whether you’re new to the oily world or not, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of Thieves! Think all things immunity/immune system! Another oil that I do not let run dry! (Are you catching the drift here as to why I’m excited that all these oils are in the same kit??)

Purification – ok this is such an underrated oil and I legitimately let out a little squeal when I found out it was in this new kit! So I personally use it much for what the label says and often put it in stinky places, diffuse it to get rid of order, and keep it next to my sink so I can drop some down my disposal. But I recently learned how many other amazing uses it has – and it was the winning oil in getting rid of my resident fruit flies this summer!

Stress Away – I mean the name kinda says it all…and most people describe it as vacation in a bottle! Absolutely it’s a fantastic emotional support oil, and great for relaxing and releasing stress. But it’s also been a secret weapon for me in jaw pain and tension…I think it’s the Copaiba in there! Stress Away is one of my personal success stories…I had jaw popping for yearssss. Like years. And it was really starting to lean towards the painful side, to the point where I was beginning to consider the surgery I’ve been recommended for (but don’t want to have!) But between Stress Away and Deep Relief…the popping is GONE, the tension can be managed with the oils and massage, and I continue to push the thought of surgery further and further away from my mind!

Deep Relief – so speaking of…Deep Relief is the other roll on that comes in this kit! It has a cooling effect (kinda like an icy-hot) which makes it so great for pain, soreness, and tension!

Diffuser – what’s an oil kit without a diffuser?! This cutie is the perfect first diffuser for you! Alright – moving on from oils and straight into our second option…The Happy Healthy Home Kit where we get all things Thieves!

So let’s break it down a bit…

First up, the natural cleaning GOAT. The infamous bottle of Thieves Cleaner Concentrate that will make you over 30 bottles of cleaning spray! Lemon is great for diffusing or for using in your cleaning arsenal!

Alright, bundle number 3…Daily Wellness Kit! Chances are you’ve probably heard of Ningxia (at least if you hang around me at all) but maybe have never tried it for yourself.

First of all, it’s delicious. Kinda tastes like blueberries? It can be taken directly in 1-2oz form, or those 1-2 oz can be added to water, sparkling water, juice, etc.
